Good and excellent location in a quiet street yet easy to get to places we wanted. The double room was good sized and airy with a balcony, a shared bathroom plus beautiful white linen. Really friendly and accommodating staff, gave a lot of information.

Economy double room I stayed at was impressive and perfect with a balcony. Appreciated really beautiful decor, plus central heating and a work desk were at a high level. The location in a great area was super and there were the Christmas market and a market nearby.

Had very pleasant stay at Christmas holidays and the weather was warm. It had fantastic and amazing location close to Palazzo Grassi. Moreover, it's close enough to a quiet area in Venice as well as main tourist attractions, shops and lots of nice restaurants near by.

Extraordinary room, generous breakfast options, great beds. Lots of supplies in the room : radiator and tea/coffee. The staff did all they can for a brilliant stay. Really handy location for my christmas. It was within walking distance of osteria doge morosini, where you can have lunch.
